FORMER Big Brother contestant Skye Wheatley has expressed her shock after visiting the abandoned reality TV home for the first time in five years.
Ms Wheatley, 25, said she was “really sad” after visiting the Coomera pink mansion and finding it “fully vandalised”.
She recently uploaded a 31-minute video on her YouTube channel titled “My reaction to the abandoned Big Brother House”.

Multiple videos have appeared on the internet in recent months revealing what has happened to the property which after it was abandoned when the show ended in 2014.
Ms Wheatley in the video said she went to the house because she wanted to see the destruction for herself.
“This video was just going to be a really quick video showing my reaction because I got so many people messaging me,” she said.

“I thought what is better than me actually going to the house and filming my reaction in the flesh?”
Before entering the property, Ms Wheatley and her partner Lachlan Waugh spoke about her time on Big Brother.
“I lived there for three months of my life. I was so young,” she said in the video.
“They booked us into apartments in Surfers. So we were in lockdown for a week, so we weren’t allowed to leave the apartment at all.
“The night of Big Brother they took us to the house in buggies. We were blindfolded for most of it because we weren’t allowed to see the other contestants. It was actually so nerve-racking.

“I was really nervous to meet the other contestants, and just like going on the stage too.”
After walking through a field to enter the property on her recent return last week, Ms Wheatley was left shocked.
“I remember this... what the hell. It’s fully been vandalised. This is where the cameramen were,” she said.
“I can’t believe how sad this is you guys. I’m really sad about this.
“This is horrible. Why do people like smashing sh*t? I don’t get it.”
Ms Wheatley visited parts of the house used as the diary room, bathroom, kitchens, bedrooms and treehouse.
Ms Wheatley lived in the mansion for three months, placing third in the competition.

“I can happily say this was what pretty much made my life.
“I am so thankful for the opportunity to be on Big Brother. It just feels so weird being back here and seeing it in this state. It’s actually so sad.”
The property is located on land adjacent to Dreamworld, but is not owned or operated by the theme park.
Both the land and the house has been owned by Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC) since July 2009.
