Police facts, disputed by Ney, reveal he regularly spoke with gaming friend “M L McCalla” about mass killings and Christchurch shooter Brenton Tarrant on encrypted messaging app Wickr and Facebook messenger.

Police allege the pair were “mysoginistic”, made homophobic remarks, discussed drug and alcohol abuse and Ney’s sucidal ideations.

The documents show Ney told McCalla: “I hate cops. I wanna murder everyone. I got a hunting knife”.

Speaking about an interaction with police, Ney said: “(officers) shouted ‘come back’ and I stuck up the ISIS finger”.

Mcalla responded: “Should have said ALLLAHHH AKBARRRRR”, meaning ‘God is great’ in Arabic.

Police also seized Ney’s bumbag with two Viagra tablets, a pain-relief drug prescription in someone else’s name, yellow balloons and vaping implements, 52 antipsychotic tablets and 1.6 grams of cannabis.

CBD STABBER ADMITS SLASHING SEX WORKER’S THROAT

Killer Mert Ney has admitted he slashed a young sex worker’s throat before running through Sydney’s CBD on a violent bloody rampage.

Michaela Dunn’s mother Joanne attended court on Tuesday to witness Ney plead guilty to murdering her 24-year-old daughter Michaela Dunn in August last year.

Ney killed Michaela in a CBD unit on Clarence Street, before running through the city with a large bloodied butcher knife.

He then stabbed passer-by Lin Bo in the shoulder before frightened witnesses pinned him down on the road with a milk crate and chairs as they waited for police to arrive.

Ney, 22, who appeared via video link in the Central Local Court on Tuesday - wearing collared prison greens - pleaded guilty to three charges including murder, wounding a person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and assaulting his sister, Yazel Ney.

He also accepted responsibility for being in possession of 1.6 grams of cannabis leaf.

“Yeah, guilty. It was mine,” Ney told the court.

A two-year apprehended violence order applied for by police on behalf of Yazel was granted by Magistrate Megan Greenwood.

“You must not assault, threaten, stalk, harass, destroy or damage any property of Yazel Ney,” Ms Greenwood told Ney.

Six further charges were dismissed by the prosecution including attempted murder, wounding with intent to murder, being armed with intent to commit an indictable offence, and possessing child abuse material.
