Shahrzad Shakourof charged after $360K worth of ice seized in Wentworth Point raid

A Sydney woman has been charged large commercial drug supply after more than $300,000 of ice was allegedly found at her Wentworth Point home.

A Sydney woman has been charged with drug supply after the riot squad raided her home and allegedly uncovered $360,000 worth of ice and $10,000 cash.

As part of ongoing investigations Strike Force Polle detectives, assisted by the Public Order and Riot Squad, searched a home at Wentworth Point about 7.30am on Friday.

They seized 3.2kg of methylamphetamine – also known as ice — $10,000 in cash, drivers’ licences from various Australian jurisdictions, mobile phones and various documentation.

The ice has an estimated potential street value of $360,000.

The woman has been charged with large commercial drug supply.

A second search warrant was later carried out at a business at North Willoughby, where police seized a CCTV system.

Shahrzad Shakourof, 35, was arrested at the Wentworth Point property and taken to Auburn Police Station.

She was charged with large commercial drug supply and knowingly deal with proceeds of crime.

The Shakourof was refused bail at Parramatta Bail Court on Saturday and will remain in cutody until he appear before the court again next week.
