A man will face court next month charged over a fatal crash that resulted in the death of a Sydney father whose remains were later located along a highway in the city‘s southwest.

Young Sydney father David Howard was fatally struck on the Hume Highway in Narellan earlier this year in October.

His body was discovered on October 12 when police conducted a search of the northbound lanes of the major road after receiving a report that a person had possibly been hit by a truck earlier in the week.
