A one-time OnlyFans model who told police she knew nothing about her boyfriend’s alleged involvement in a midnight murder was later overheard discussing details of the crime with her mother, a court has heard.

Stevie-Lee Jordan, 26, is facing a charge of accessory after the fact to murder amid allegations she gave a false statement to police saying she knew nothing about the fatal stabbing of George Kirk inside a Dubbo home in the early hours of August 16 last year.

Police allege Mr Kirk was stabbed to death by Jordan’s then-boyfriend, Daniel Fitton, and co-accused, Mark Peckham, after the pair went to the home hoping to score some meth.

Both men have been charged with murder.

Fresh details of what police allege happened inside the house that night, along with alleged threats made towards the safety of a key witness in the case, can be revealed for the first time after the NSW Supreme Court granted Jordan bail last month on a $20,000 surety.

Police documents tendered to the court as part of the bail proceedings reveal police will allege Fitton and Peckham went to Mr Kirk’s house that night in search of methamphetamine but were told he didn’t have any and to visit a woman around the corner.

However, the duo allegedly returned a short time later and confronted Mr Kirk as he lay in bed, accusing him of lying.

Police will allege Fitton stabbed Mr Kirk under the left armpit with a knife, prompting Mr Kirk to yell “what are you trying to do, kill me?”

Court documents said police allege Mr Kirk was stabbed twice more in the chest by Peckham, before the duo fled.

Mr Kirk staggered to the kitchen where he collapsed and died.

The court heard Jordan was asked about her knowledge of the crime and Fitton’s whereabouts that night during the subsequent police investigation.

She told officers in a statement she had no knowledge of what had occurred.

However, the court heard secret surveillance on her mobile phone showed she allegedly discussed the crime with her mother on October 20.

“And then Daniel comes straight home, straight in and wakes me up and told me, and then he is telling me [Mark Peckham] is taking the keys to Daniel’s Audi and took off in it … went back to the house and took the money off the guys,” Jordan allegedly said.

Later in the conversation, she was allegedly overheard telling her mother “he actually sat down and told his mum everything” and “he was asleep in bed and they did it”.”

The court heard Jordan also allegedly admitted she lied in her police statement during a conversation with a friend on September 22, and threatened the “skull drug” a key witness to the crime during a phone call with Fitton.

Peckham, Fitton and Jordan were arrested and remanded in custody.

Fitton is also facing a separate charge of intimidating Jordan in a series of phone calls both before and after his arrest in which he allegedly threatened self-harm and called her a “f — king scumbag”.

In granting Jordan bail, Justice Stephen Rothman noted she had no prior criminal record and there would be a lengthy delay until the matter reached trial.

As part of bail, Jordan must live at a nominated address, report to police daily and not go within 1km of Dubbo unless to attend court.

The case will return to court on July 18.
