A wealthy young woman accused of crashing her $600,000 Rolls Royce into a Mercedes and leaving a popular Sydney chauffeur with serious injuries has been spotted for the first time since the day of the horror crash.

LanLan Yang, 23, was seen reporting to police at Rose Bay Station on Wednesday, after she allegedly crossed onto the wrong side of New South Head Rd while drunk and collided with a Mercedes van.

Dressed in a $5,000 Chanel jacket and matching belt, Yang hid her face as she left the station on Wednesday morning.

Local chauffeur George Plassaras was behind the wheel of the Mercedes involved in the collision, which he uses to drive celebs including Kyle Sandilands around the city.

He was trapped in the van for some time as emergency services worked to free him, and on Wednesday morning told the Kyle and Jackie O Show his hip was “pretty much gone”.

“I’ve got no right hip. It’s totally gone,” he told the radio show from his bed in the ICU.

“I’ve just been laying flat since Saturday, since the accident.”

Mr Plassaras said he had a lot of healing and rehabilitation to go, detailing his “long list” of injuries.

“I’ve basically got no hip. After the operation, I can’t legally drive for six weeks,” he added.

“After the hip (surgery), I’ve got to do my right knee, they’ve got to check my X-ray for my spine, once I do my hip.”

CCTV captured the shocking moment the collision occurred at 3.30am on Saturday morning.

Yang can be seen exiting her Rolls Royce SUV after the collision at 3.30am, before getting back in the driver’s seat and then checking on Mr Plassaras via the passenger side of his crushed vehicle.

She is then seen running down New South Head Rd before returning a minute later with another person.

The 23-year-old was arrested and put into the back of a police wagon before she was taken to Waverley Police Station, where she allegedly refused to undergo a breath analysis.

She was charged with cause bodily harm by misconduct, in charge of motor vehicle and refuse or fail to submit to breath analysis.

Yang was released on bail, and as a condition must report to police three times a week, she was also banned from driving a car.

Little is known about Ms Yang and where her huge wealth comes from, other than the fact she lives in a multimillion-dollar eastern suburbs penthouse and owns two Rolls Royce’s.
