Melissa Caddick’s husband rolled into the garage of his luxury Dover Heights mansion yesterday just a couple of days before he is due to be evicted.
Appearing visibly stressed, Anthony Koletti has only one day left to vacate the property after receivers told him two weeks ago they were putting it on the market to repay the 74 investors who lost a total $23 million through Caddick’s Ponzi scheme.
He has been living at the $15 million home since his wife vanished hours after ASIC officials raided it in 2020.
He was at the Federal Court in Sydney earlier this month to argue for a slice of the sale of the home, insisting he has financially contributed to its ownership over the years.
Documents filed in court revealed Koletti has not secured gainful employment except from casual hairdressing and some income from music since his wife disappeared. He blames the intense ordeal for not being able to gain work.
“Anthony Koletti is to deliver up and vacate the Dover Heights property on or before May 18, 2022,” the judge said at the hearing.
