Luke King, of St Marys, charged with rape, detain in company, break and enter

A man allegedly held a woman against her will and raped her multiple times in Western Sydney. Here’s the latest as the man faced court.

A western Sydney man has been charged with breaking into a woman’s home, detaining her and raping her multiple times.

St Mary’s resident Luke King, 31, fronted the Mt Druitt Local Court on Wednesday charged with four counts of sexual intercourse without consent, specially aggravated break and enter and commit serious indictable offence.

He is also charged with detain in company with intent to obtain advantage occasioning actual bodily harm and common assault.

Documents tendered to the court state on February 6, King is alleged to have assaulted and raped the woman at her western Sydney home.

King is also accused of breaking into the woman’s house on February 24 where he “maliciously inflicted actual bodily harm”, court documents state.

King’s co-accused, Jackie Weeks, is alleged to have taken part in detaining the woman and has been charged with specially aggravated break and enter and commit serious indictable offence and detain in company with intent to obtain advantage occasioning actual bodily harm.

Both King and Weeks faced Mt Druitt Local Court on Wednesday with King remaining in custody after not applying for bail. Weeks is on bail.

The pair will face the Penrith Local Court on March 5.
