A western Sydney man has denied allegations he sexually touched a teenage girl on a train.
Seven Hills local Vishal Nayak, 19, faced the Blacktown Local Court on Monday where he pleaded not guilty to sexually touching another person without consent.
In a statement from NSW Police, on December 2, officers were told a 16-year-old girl had been touched in a sexual manner multiple times by an unknown man while on a train.
Police will allege Nayak followed the girl throughout the train carriages as it travelled between Marayong and Quakers Hill, where he exited the train.
Officers launched an investigation into the incident, with police arresting Nayak at a home in Seven Hills on February 13.
He was taken to the Riverstone Police Station, charged and granted conditional bail.
Nayak remains on bail and will return to the same court on April 7.
