Former bikie wife Mel Ter. Wisscha has appeared poolside looking suntanned and happy just hours after revealing she had split with Comanchero kingpin Mark Buddle.
Dressed in a sheer low cut dress, Ms Ter. Wisscha posed inside an up-market resort in the trendy seaside town Bodrum, in Turkey.
The photograph was posted on social media just hours after Ms Ter. Wisscha revealed to The Daily Telegraph she had not seen Buddle since they left Dubai in 2021.
“I haven’t seen Mark for a year. He’s the father of my children. They see him, I don’t,” Ms Ter. Wisscha said.
“I haven’t left Turkey. My kids have gone to and from (Northern Cyprus) but I have stayed away.”
Until then, Ms Ter. Wisscha had maintained a dignified stance, even posting a message of support for Buddle after he was arrested at gunpoint in Cyprus, on July 9, and has been locked up ever since.
“Trying to stay positive, better days are on their way,” she wrote at the time.
“As much as I want to hide away, I have to fake that smile, I have to show up for my kids … he wouldn’t want it any other way.”
North Cyprus authorities claim Buddle was arrested because he was “inconvenient for the peace and security of our people”.
It is understood there were fears he was money laundering on the island and hiding guns.
Buddle had set up a new life for himself in Northern Cyprus and tied the knot a local woman in what officials believe to be a sham marriage to gain residency.
The woman, known only as Ozge, was an employee of Buddle before they got married within three months of him arriving on the island in July 2021.
