MATCH 16: TAMWORTH 3 CENTRAL COAST 2
A clutch matchwinner with only 90 seconds remaining has secured Tamworth a valuable win over the Central Coast.
The Green Frogs were in control for majority of the match and with a 2 nil lead midway through the third quarter, thanks to goals from Eddy Bates and Charlie Straw, the match appeared to be all but over.
A spirited comeback by the Central Coast outfit inspired by striker Lewis Gifford-Cock saw the match level for the final 10 minutes, until a matchwinning deflection by Liam Bower saw Tamworth walk away with the win.
MATCH 17: SYDNEY SOUTH 1 GOULBURN DISTRICT 0
A desperate Sydney South outfit has avoided a relegation playoff on Sunday, with a single goal enough to beat Goulburn District.

Both teams came into the clash winless and were determined to secure the result.
As the final siren sounded, the boys of Sydney South slumped in relief after reaping the rewards in the high energy affair.
