High-profile rapper and alleged Alameddine crime clan member Ali ‘Ay Huncho’ Younes has been fined $1100 in his absence after he entered the Star Casino when he knew he wasn’t allowed on the premises.

The sentence comes after Younes went overseas just days after avoiding jail over a vicious affray at a boxing match that left a man with a broken neck.

In April, Younes was dealt with alongside associates Moshtaba Hafizi, 26, and Charbel Nohra, 25, in relation to the shocking fight that involved the use f a pole to bash another man on November 27, 2021.

Police documents said Younes was issued with an exclusion order prohibiting him from entering the Star Casino and Crown Casino on January 24, 2022 when he was in jail on remand; and the order remains in force indefinitely unless revoked by the Commissioner of Police.

Younes was given a map of The Star premises which identified where he was unable to go, with the order explained and handed to him.

Following his release, a security guard working at the Star recognised Younes by his alias Ay Honcho and reported the sighting to his manager about 11.30pm on August 31, last year.

The manager located Younes by the rest room in the eatery and confirmed Younes’ identity and that he was unable to attend the venue.

Younes denied knowing he was an excluded person before he was handed documentation.

The rapper left the location and the manager contacted police who obtained CCTV and showed Younes entering the main gaming floor with a woman.
