A south coast man has denied sexually touching several alleged victims without their consent.
Richard Harrington, 54, of Malua Bay, pleaded not guilty in Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday to seven counts of sexually touching another without consent, carrying out a sexual act without consent, and two counts of common assault.
Mr Harrington was first granted bail after his arrest on February 7, and his bail was continued by Magistrate Doug Dick.
According to police documents tendered to Batemans Bay Local Court, police allege Mr Harrington committed the offences on several dates from December 24, 2021, to January 20 this year.
Police will allege the offending took place in Moruya and Malua Bay.
Magistrate Dick adjourned the matters to March 27. A brief of evidence about the matters must be completed by police by March 25.
