Fourth man charged following investigations into alleged armed robbery in Hunter Valley
Adam Potoczko, the fourth man allegedly involved in an armed robbery in Greta late last year has attended Newcastle Local Court on Wednesday and refused bail.

Adam Potoczko, 26, alleged to be the getaway driver in an armed robbery in the Hunter Valley late last year has been the fourth man to be charged.
On the early morning of December 22, police allege three men forced entry into the Greta Workers and Recreation Club, which was closed at the time, before threatening and assaulting an employee.
Police allege the trio were armed with a firearm, a baseball bat and a sword when they approached the employee, who was the only staff member working at the time.
The group allegedly then attacked the employee and stole a number of items before they left fled in a vehicle driven by the fourth man.
Court papers revealed a bottle of Gordon’s gin, Southern Comfort, and Bundaberg Red were stolen as well as a Hewlett Packard laptop, four pool cues and an Apple iphone 7.
Strike Force Timbrell was established to investigate the incident and on Wednesday morning, he was taken to Newcastle police station and arrested.
He was charged with robbery while armed with a dangerous weapon. He was also charged with knowingly be carried in a stolen conveyance, relating to a Volkswagon Amarok utility which was allegedly stolen on the night of December 20 from North Ryde.
He attended Newcastle Local Court on Wednesday and was refused bail , with the matter adjourned until October 28.
