Two women dead, high range drink driver arrested in stolen vehicle crash
Two women in their sixties are dead after a horrifying car crash in Sydney’s southwest on Tuesday night. A 21-year-old man has been arrested after he was caught driving an allegedly stolen car involved in the incident, three times over the legal drinking limit.

A 66-year-old Queensland woman and her 62-year-old female passenger, of Padstow Heights, died overnight when their Honda Sedan was hit by a Toyota LandCruiser and flipped onto its roof on Henry Lawson Dr at Peakhurst just before 8pm.
A 62-year-old Runaway Bay woman and 58-year-old Padstow Heights man, both travelling in the same vehicle, were taken to St George Hospital in a stable condition for treatment.
The driver of the other vehicle involved in the incident was a 21-year-old man.
Police allege the man was driving a stolen LandCruiser at the time of the incident while under the influence of alcohol and without a licence.
It is alleged he fled the scene shortly after crashing the vehicle before being found nearby on Park St and arrested by police at 8.30pm.
Police allege the man had a positive blood alcohol reading of 0.166 when tested at the Kogarah Police Station and has never held a NSW drivers license.
He was taken to St George Hospital where he remains under police guard.
Officers from St George Police Area Command have established a crime scene as Crash Investigation Unit officers investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
