Mercedes Mum Margarita Tomovska in court as AVO sought by ex Tony Solomon
Sydney’s Mercedes Mum, who was jailed after a dramatic 232km/h police pursuit in her luxury car, has been hauled back to court as police attempt to slap her with an apprehended violence order.

Sydney’s Mercedes Mum has been hauled back to court after a bitter family feud resulted in her ex-husband applying for an apprehended violence order against her.
Diehard designer fashion addict Margarita Tomovska, 29, captured the world’s attention for all the wrong reasons when she was caught speeding away from police at 232km/h in her signature Mercedes AMG near Helensburgh south of Sydneyin December 2018.
The single mother from Woolooware fought charges of prompting a police pursuit and driving with an unrestrained three-year-old child in the car at Wollongong Local Court, but was convicted and jailed full time for four months in October 2019 after a District Court appeal.
Tomovska was released from prison on parole in February and was to face Sutherland Local Court on Wednesday as her former husband Tony Solomon, who has since remarried, seeks an apprehended violence order against her.
Tomovska did not attend court and the matter before Magistrate Jayeann Carney was adjourned to July 29.
Tomovska has not been charged with any criminal offences in connection with the order sought by police on Mr Solomon’s behalf.

Since her release from prison on parole Tomovska has returned to form, posting pictures on Instagram of her life in a Sutherland Shire penthouse apartment, shopping at designer boutiques and undergoing various cosmetic surgery procedures.
Tomovska, who does not work, posted pictures of a bank statement in May purportedly showing her personal bank account with more than $825,000 in available funds.
She told Instagram followers in an “ask me anything” question hour the money comes from “her man”.
The designer fashion fiend, who frequently parades her love of high-end luxury brands such as Balenciaga and Gucci, also underwent an $18,000 Brazilian butt lift cosmetic procedure which injected the 12kg she gained in jail into her backside.
“The surgery was booked in prior to me going to jail, I was able to gain adequate fat to enable me to harvest the fat and transfer it to the buttocks,” Tomovska told Sydney Confidential.
“Fat was removed from six areas – upper (and) lower stomach, flanks, inner outer thighs.”
Tomovska has told her social media followers she is writing a book about her experience behind bars.
