There was plenty of splash and dash as NSW’s best young swimmers converged on Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre for the NSW Junior state age short course swim titles.
They came from across the state, including clubs from as far away as Wagga, to race the event.
Ranging in age from nine to 13 these young guns have recently been inspired by the performances of our top swimmers at the Commonwealth Games.
Others have been motivated by the feats at the Tokyo Olympics Games last year and more recently, the Duel in the Pool back at SOPAC.
Some of these young swimmers already have their sights set on being part of the Dolphins team to compete at the LA and Brisbane Olympics in 2028 and 2032.

There are others who just want to do their best while having fun and hanging out with their mates.
Almost 100 clubs were represented at the Sydney meet and we were there to capture some of the stars and standouts and the action.
Photographer Jeremy Ng took some fantastic shots of the young swimming in the pool and from the pool deck.
Check them out below and the STARS AND STANDOUTS OF THE MEET HERE in our championships wrap.
