Home Hub to feature top brands at new mega store at Sydney Business Park

HOME Hub, a one-stop destination for some of Australia’s top brands, will open a massive store at Sydney Business Park next month.

HOME Hub, a one-stop destination for some of Australia’s top brands, will open a massive store at Sydney Business Park in Marsden Park next month.

The company, which runs a Castle Hill store, will have plenty of top retailers when they open at their Marsden Park venue, including JB Hi Fi Home, The Good Guys, Snooze, Bristol Paints, Beacon Lighting, Repco, Petstock and Baby & Toddler Town.

Home Hub Marsden Park will join the established ­retailers at Sydney Business Park, including Aldi, Bunnings, Ikea, Coles Express, Lindt & Sprungli, Linfox, Masters Home Improvements, Dulux, ­McDonald’s, Reece, Shell and Toll.

US giant Costco is due to open its much-anticipated store next year, with plans to purchase their site within months, with construction to commence shortly afterwards.

Sydney Business Park’s development director Owen Walsh said work is going smoothly for the Home Hub operation to start in the second week of October.

“Having Home Hub here is another boost for our business park because it is nice to create a destination and change what was originally planned here,” he said.

“Earlier this was to be a an industrial park similar to one at Eastern Creek but what we have created is an attraction in the region.

“The Sydney Business Park has a broad range of retailers and we have large numbers of customers coming through.”

With more than 3500 parking lots and more planned, plus the opening of three intersections by next month providing easier access to the estate, Mr Walsh expects business to grow further.
