Marsden Park’s hotel and brewery is almost here.
A walk-through of The Marsden Brewhouse has been unveiled ahead of its opening in early April.
Owned by hotelier family the Laundys, the $45 million venue at Sydney Business Park will include a hotel and on-site brewery.
The hotel was originally due to open in February but the launch date has been moved to April 2.
“With a hotel of this size and in its location we needed to ensure we were building a venue that would cater to a wide demographic of people, this meant that we made some late changes in various areas to ensure that our customers would have a one stop venue when looking for a place to enjoy with family and friends,” general manager Wayne Macdonald said.
Food and drink options at The Marsden include a pizzeria, a bar serving whiskies, cocktails and wines, a main bistro serving modern Australian fare, a sports area with betting facilities, and a terrace that hosts DJs on Friday nights and live music on weekends.
The 5900 sqm two-storey hotel also includes an upstairs function space and a family-friendly northern pavilion with climbing gyms, swings, a cubby house and water feature.
The brewery will start operating in about three weeks to ensure beers are ready for the April opening and the first brews will include an extra dry low carb beer, a lager, pale ale, pilsner, XPA and an apple cider.
