Police say a car stolen at knifepoint this morning has wound up in a crash with a luxury vehicle a couple of suburbs away in Sydney’s west. Now, police have released photos of a man who could assist them.

CCTV images have been released as police appeal for assistance after what they say was a brazen daylight carjacking in Sydney’s west.
Emergency services were called to Lakeside Pde, Jordan Springs at 10.20am on Wednesday after reports a man threatened a woman with a knife before stealing her car.
The woman was uninjured and a police investigation has started to try and find the unknown man and the stolen car – a blue Hyundai i30N with NSW registration HER30N.
At 1pm today police say there was a two-car collision at the intersection of Rose Cres and Gloucester Ave in North Parramatta.
Police were told the allegedly stolen Hyundai has collided with a Mercedes and the male driver fled on foot.
A search was conducted with assistance from PolAir; but the man is yet to be located.
As investigations continue, police have released CCTV images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their inquiries.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, slim build, in his 30s, wearing a grey hoodie, grey tracksuit pants, white runners and blue medical face mask.
