A SPECIAL Valentine’s Day workshop for single women, or those struggling with relationships is planned for February 14.
A success coach and a personal stylist have teamed up to launch the Miss Valentine event at new Manly bar, Little Love Inn.
Vicky Jones, a success coach from The Element Coach and Manly stylist and make-up artist, Annie Sophia, from Revive My Style, want to offer strategies for women to feel confident and accepting of themselves.
Ms Jones, of Fairlight, said: “The premise of the workshop is to embrace the fact that we are actually complete when we accept and truly love ourselves – from the inside out.
“It will be interactive with lots of activities, sharing and hands-on fun.”
The $45 morning event involves women writing a Valentine’s card to themselves.
Also coming up at the venue is an event to make wishes come true on Sunday, from 2pm to 4pm.
Led by Deb King, it is described as “a transformational energy game that has helped thousands of people manifest their greatest wishes”.
It works by helping identify blocks standing in the way and creating new positive energy. It costs $60.
