Police appeal for information, CCTV following alleged home invasion in Stuarts Point
Police are investigating an alleged break-in on the Mid North Coast which saw a group threaten three children and smash car windows before fleeing the scene. Here’s what we know.

Police are urging anyone with information to come forward after an alleged home invasion on the Mid North Coast where a woman and three children were threatened.
Just before 12:30am on Thursday September 28 2023, emergency services were called a home on Seventeenth Ave, Stuarts Point, following reports of a break-in.
“Police were told that two men and two women forced entry to the home before threatening the occupant, a 34-year-old woman, and three children who were woken during the incident,” police state.
“The group then allegedly smashed the windows of a vehicle parked at the property and fled the scene with stolen electronics.”
As investigations into the incident continue, police have now released CCTV imagery of a car seen in the area at the time of the incident.
The car, described as a white Holden Commodore sedan, was seen heading west on Stuarts Point Rd.
Detectives have also released the descriptions of four people who might be able to assist with inquiries.
The first man is described as having fair skin, standing around 180cm tall, being roughly 40-years-old and having balding hair.
The second man is described as having fair skin, standing less than 180cm tall, with a thin build. He was wearing a black hoodie with a black face covering.
The third person is described as female, with fair skin and blonde hair. She was wearing a black jumper at the time of the incident.
The other woman is described as having olive skin and brown hair. She was wearing a black shirt and face covering. Anyone with information or footage of this incident is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
