POLICE are investigating the dumping of more than 30 garbage bags of cannabis at Terry Hills, either on Friday night or on Saturday.

The bags of cannabis, plants, seedlings and pots were dumped just metres from busy Mona Vale Rd but a local resident told the Manly Daily it was more likely the person who dumped the cannabis did so from Kanangra Ave.

“No one would see you there in the middle of the night because there are so few houses there,” he said.
