FORMER Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins and her husband Jake Wall have unveiled their latest creation, a two-year-old designer beach house in North Curl Curl.
The five-bedroom house with ocean views, heated infinity pool and glamour walk-in wardrobe and dressing room hit the market this weekend.
The stunning home is another collaboration between J Group Projects and architect Koichi Takada but this time it is a modern masterpiece on a big parcel of land in Pitt Rd.
Four years ago they sold another new home in North Curl Curl, that one was on a clifftop estate. Their latest creation is on 762sqm of land with views to the surf.
Steve Thomas, of Belle Property Manly, said the views were intimate and the level lawn led to the wet-edge swimming pool making it ideal for a family.
The two-storey house is grander than their other North Curly property which sold for $4.1 million in 2012.
This two-storey home has a Travertine terrace and built-in barbecue, a top-of- the range Miele kitchen with built-in coffee machine and the main bedroom with the luxury ensuite and jaw-dropping walk-in wardrobe with space for dozens of shoes and bags.
Extras include surround sound, video intercom security and a giant home office opening to a sunny courtyard.
Silver Travertine tiles are on the outside of the house while inside natural stone with a silver marble touch is featured.
The family-friendly house goes to auction on November 3, and viewing is by appointment.
According to records the couple bought the site in early 2013 for $1.66 million and demolished the former old cottage to make way for the crafted masterpiece.
Having designed and built two homes in North Curl Curl the A-list couple have settled on a private double block on a Pittwater beach where they are building their forever home.
