A founder of a national beauty empire will stand trial accused on five criminal charges, including the commercial supply of cocaine and ice in Sydney’s southwest.

The Lip Lab co-founder Kimberley Treacy, 30, of Oran Park, pleaded not guilty to the charges of drug supply and dealing with the property proceeds of crime in Campbelltown Local Court today, following her arrest in March this year.

All offences allegedly took place in 2016 and 2017.

Police allegedly found a blue Aldi bag containing nearly 4kg of cocaine and more than a kilogram of ice hidden under a rock, walking distance from her Wilton home in September 2016.

The blue bag allegedly contained DNA consistent with Kimberley Treacy.

Treacy did not enter a plea to four fraud-related offences, which will remain in the Local Court as summary offences.

Ms Treacy’s lawyer Mickaela Mate made a bid to end the mother-of-two’s bail condition of being forced to report to police three days a week, noting a criminal trial is unlikely to heard until mid-2020.

The Oran Park woman recently had her bail conditions temporarily changed to allow her to jet to Byron Bay for a hen’s weekend in October.

Magistrate Michael Love said reporting three times a week was “overly onerous” and reduced the condition to a one weekly visit to police.

The matter has been listed for arraignment in Campbelltown District Court on December 13.
