Carnes Hill woman before courts in relation to death of elderly pedestrian in Narellan
A Carnes Hill woman accused of driving dangerously in her BMW in a manner which ultimately led to the death of an 81-year-old pedestrian has appeared before the court.

A Carnes Hill woman accused of driving dangerously in her BMW in a manner which led to the death of an 81-year-old pedestrian has appeared before court today.
Zenaida Dimarucut, 60, allegedly collided with the elderly woman on the Camden Valley Way, Narellan on May 9.
The pedestrian was taken to Liverpool Hospital in a critical condition where she later died.
Ms Dimarucut, who stopped and provided assistance to the woman at the time of the incident, has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning death and negligent driving occasioning death.
The Carnes Hill woman briefly appeared before Magistrate Mark Douglass for charge certification at Picton Local Court on Wednesday.
Negotiations have been scheduled between the prosecution and Ms Dimarucut’s defence team for December 3. The matter is due to return to court on February 11 next year.
