A Cobbitty beauty salon manager accused of commercial drug supply will wait at least another month to learn which charges will be officially pursued against her.
Mother-of-two Toni Renee Millevoi, 48, was arrested in February after investigators allegedly found more than 1000 15ml bottles of fake eyelash glue remover, believed to contain gamma butyrolactone (GBL), at her Cobbitty business.
GBL is a derivative of the drug GHB.
Ms Millevoi briefly appeared before Magistrate Shane McAnulty in Campbelltown Local Court for charge certification today in which an adjournment was sought by the prosecution.
DPP prosecutor Krishna Blackley-Stocker, representing the Commonwealth DPP, applied for the charge certification to be adjourned to November 27.
The application wasn’t opposed by Ms Millevoi’s lawyer and was granted by Mr McAnulty.
The Cobbitty woman is facing 21 charges, including supply prohibited drug (large commercial quantity), ongoing supply of prohibited drugs, import commercial quantity of border-controlled drug, supply prohibited drug and dealing with property proceeds of crime.
The matter will return before Campbelltown Local Court on November 27.
