An 80-year-old man has died after he was struck by a car in Sydney’s south west.

An 80-year-old man has died following a crash in Sydney’s south west.
Emergency services were called to Oxley Street, Campbelltown around 11pm on March 29 following reports of a pedestrian being hit by a car.
The pedestrian was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics but, despite their efforts, he later died at the scene.
The 26-year-old man driving the car was not injured, and was taken to Campbelltown Hospital for mandatory testing.
Police established a crime scene and have commenced an investigation into the incident.
The elderly man has not yet been identified by police, and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
