The Ambarvale Hotel has been revamped into a new ‘superpub’.

The hotel recently completed its long-awaited refurbishment which has transformed the pub into a precinct-style facility.

Included in the revamp is a new microbrewery, to be known as Ambarvale Brewing Co., a lush garden-style atrium, a kids’ play area, modern bistro and grill, sports bar and VIP Lounge.

The Ambarvale Brewing Company expects to produce 68,000 litres of beer each year and will become a community hub for tasting, learning and experimentation.

A full spectrum of flavour profiles from pale ales, to limited release sours brimming with intense fruit flavours and indulgent chocolate stouts will be available from the brewery.

A dominant feature of the brewery, the large stainless steel fermentation tanks, are in full view at the rear of the main bar where patrons can watch the brewing process in action while sipping on a fresh schooner.

But it’s not just the new brewery sure to delight people, The Greenhouse reveals a garden oasis with beautifully styled potted plants and a custom tile mosaic floor.

While the open kitchen in the Brewery Bar and dining space gives diners the chance to see the chefs in action.

Parras Hospitality has brought the development to life following nearly 12 months of construction and years of planning.

Second-generation publican Colin Parras said the multifaceted venue was something that they could really be proud of delivering to the Ambarvale community.

“With multiple bar personalities within one space, this is the first venue of its kind in Southwest Sydney,” he said.

“It’s one-stop, whether it be for the freshest beer brewed right in front of you, a steak prepared on the charcoal grill or a cocktail in The Greenhouse, this venue is brimming with theatre, local produce and entertainment for people from all walks of life.
