A 40-year-old Eagle Vale man has been arrested after he allegedly exposed his genitalia to two young girls, aged six and seven, at an Eagle Vale shopping centre last Saturday.

A 40-year-old Eagle Vale man has been arrested and charged after he allegedly exposed his genitalia to two young girls, aged six and seven, at an Eagle Vale shopping centre last Saturday.

The man was arrested by officers from Campbelltown City Police Area Command on Friday and appeared at Parramatta Local Court on Saturday.

He was refused bail.

Police will allege the man exposed himself to two young girls at Eagle Vale Marketplace last Saturday morning.

Police will allege the man exposed himself to two young girls on separate occasions at Eagle Vale Marketplace, between 10.20am and 11.40am last Saturday.

He has been charged with two counts of intentionally carrying out a sexual act with a child under 10 and intentionally incite child to intentionally touch him.

He will return to Campbelltown Local Court on July 9.
