A man has been arrested and charged with allegedly stabbing a man multiple times in Glebe, with police finding four knives and a camping mallet at the scene.

An elderly man has been charged with allegedly stabbing another man multiple times in the back and thigh at Glebe.
The 67-year-old man will face court on Friday charged with causing wounding/grievous bodily harm to a person with intent to murder.
Emergency services were called to Wentworth Park Road at Glebe following reports of a stabbing at about 8am on Thursday.
Police from Leichhardt Police Area Command attended and found a 48-year-old man with stab wounds to his back and thigh.
He was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance before being taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
Police established a crime scene and allegedly found four knives and a camping mallet, which will undergo forensic examination.
The 67-year-old man was taken to Newtown Police Station where he was refused bail.
He will appear at Downing Centre Local Court on Friday.
