The Inner West’s Mortlake Point is set to be transformed into one of Sydney’s most exclusive and expensive waterfront apartment blocks, which will see a starting price for a three-bedroom apartment set buyers back nearly $5 million.
Boasting some of “Sydney’s most spectacular harbour views”, Corsa Mortlake will offer 20 three-bedroom “super-sized” apartments with panoramic water views, high-level amenities and a private garage that can hold up to three cars.
It will also offer a 23-berth marina, which accommodates boats from 12 to 20 metres in length.
With construction due to start in August, it has already sold more than 50 per cent of the 20 apartments, which has been valued at more than $50 million in total.
One of Sydney’s leading developers Made Property – who are heading up the project – have taken inspiration from the Italian Riviera and hope to offer harbourside living at its finest with 180 degree views of Sydney Harbour.
Managing sales for the project Clayton Ross, said he had received strong demand from local owners looking to secure a waterfront property for the “ultimate lifestyle”.
“Buyers recognised the rarity of the offering as the last remaining headland to be developed in the highly sought-after Mortlake and Breakfast Point area,” he said.
“In addition the marina berths attracted a huge amount of interest for the project.”
Located at 140 Tennyson Road, Mortlake, the project is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2026.
