An alleged serial triple-0 pest has been granted bail for the same offence for the second time in less than two weeks.
William Stanley Phillips, of Keiraville, is charged with using a carriage service to menace, harass or offend.
Mr Phillips, who turns 49 on Thursday, said he had “no one to talk to” and “got lonely” when he allegedly called emergency services at 3.39am on June 6.

Court documents revealed he told them he wanted to kill himself, however, when police attended shortly after they found him sitting on the couch with empty wine bottles laying on the floor.
Police asked Mr Phillips if he intended to hurt or kill himself and he replied “no” before starting to “ramble and yell”, the court heard.

Mr Phillips was taken to Wollongong Command where he was charged and when a female officer offered him food and drink he yelled “you are a s***”.
“I won’t do it again,” Mr Phillips pleaded.

“You told me that last time,” Magistrate Claire Girotto replied.
“If you come back I don’t know what I’m going to do.
“This is your last chance, you will not get bail again.”
Magistrate Girotto granted bail on the condition the defendant disconnect his phone service and not be in public while intoxicated.
“God bless you, thank you,” Mr Phillips said.

The matter will be heard again on July 29.
