A Unanderra woman charged with assaulting two people at a curry house in the Wollongong CBD appeared in Wollongong Local Court today.
Tammie Denise Peters is yet to enter a plea for six charges stemming from the last two weeks including four which came from an alleged attempt to knick money from the till from the Indian Home Diner on Burelli St, Wollongong.
The six charges Peters is facing are larceny with a value of less than $2000, destroying or damaging property, failing to comply with a detention application and three counts of common assault.
Peters, 45, is yet to enter a plea.
The initial charges date back to Saturday, May 28, when Peters allegedly failed to comply with her bail conditions and assaulted a woman in Wollongong.
The subsequent charges occurred just after 8pm on Wednesday, June 1 when Peters allegedly tried to swipe a sum of cash from the Indian Homer Diner restaurant.
Court documents revealed she damaged the electronic till and assaulted two people in the diner.
Peters was formally denied bail despite not applying for it and she will reappear in Wollongong Local Court on Tuesday, June 14.
