Most Australians eat only half the amount of fruit and vegies recommended for good health. Adults need to eat at least two serves of fruit and five serves of vegies each day, and it can be hard to find healthier choices when dining out. But whether you’re vegetarian, vegan, or simply wanting to add more veggies into your diet, The Hills has plenty of options to suit all tastebuds and budgets.
