Crooked Tailor
Since opening its doors in Castle Hill in the middle of last year, Crooked Tailor has become the go-to cocktail bar for many locals. The extensive menu also includes specials that make the most of fresh, seasonal ingredients. The bar’s most popular cocktail so far this season is the Crooked Crusta. Made with Hennessy, ginger liqueur, cointreau, grapefruit, it is refreshing and light with a nice kick - perfect for the warmer weather.

Novotel Sydney Norwest
Novotel Sydney Norwest recently opened a new terrace bar called Bar 1804. Kubarz Sydney is a mobile beverage service run by Castle Hill’s Adam Glendinning. With cocktail bars that glow using LED lights available to hire, it’s a great option for your next function, corporate event, birthday party or celebration. Glendinning’s favourite cocktail is a Strawberry Mojito, made from Bacardi, strawberries, mint and soda water. Kubarz also offers beer and champagne bars for hire.

Australian Hotel and Brewery
The Australian Hotel and Brewery serves more than just its great beer. They also have an excellent cocktail range, including the popular Watermelon Mojito. A blend of rum, watermelon liquor, mint, lime, and watermelon puree with soda, it screams summer.

Lemoncello
Lemoncello offers classic and special cocktails, perfect with dinner or simply to enjoy with friends and family. Lemoncello’s signature cocktail, the Lemoncello Shiver, is a blend of Lemoncello liqueur, gin and pineapple juice. Visit on the last Sunday of the month from 6pm-9pm to enjoy live music in the outdoor terrace with a cocktail in hand.

The Hills cocktail is a Hillside favourite. With a blend of vanilla vodka, malibu, lychee liqueur, lime juice and absinthe it packs a flavour punch. Entrata Restaurant & Bar’s wide-ranging cocktail menu ranges from apertifs through to the restaurant’s own signature range as well as the classics.
