There’s a secret to the success of young athletes at Castle Hill Gymnastics Club and it has resulted in a season to remember.

They are stars of the future who are performing at the top of the game right now.
Castle Hill Gymnastics Club coach Tyler Morpeth said he could not be happier with his young gymnasts and their season to remember in 2019.
Morpeth said the secret to their success is a simple one - hardwork.
“I’m very excited about them. They can improve even more,” said the young coach, 24.
“They are the hardest worker I have seen and they are very dedicated.

“Their main focus is gymnastics and they train up to 18 hours a week and they work so hard.
“They have a real competitive drive.
“They understand the competitiveness of competition.
“And they always want to outdo each other. Competition is lifting them to a new level.”
At the recent NSW titles at the Sydney Gymnastics and Aquatic Centre at Rooty Hill, 29 boys competed with a number of standout results.
Anoop Singh From Castle Hill was crowned Level 3 U/9 State champion and Level 3 U/9 overall Grand Prix Champion.
Cooper Du Sart from Pennant Hills was the Level 4 U/10 Overall Grand Prix Champion.
Jobey Mok from The Ponds was third overall in Level 4/U10s, Owen Hecimovic from Cherrybrook was third overall in Level 3/U9s and Flynn Wilson from Glenwood was second overall in Level 2 U/8s.
These stellar results helped Castle Hill Gymnastics men’s program finish fourth in the NSW Grand Prix series out of 32 clubs.
“One who didn’t drop from first the whole time was Anoop who is nine,” Morpeth said.
“In all the comps he competed in NSW he was first.”
