The Hills fell in love with scrolls when they popped up at Castle Towers during the last school holidays, and were sad to see them go.
Luckily there is a new way to secure a sweet fix.
Oliver Brown has begun selling Oregano Bakery’s famous scrolls, which include a range of flavours such as Oreo, Nutella and banana, and red velvet.
The scrolls have become so popular that the new Oliver Brown Carlingford store – which opened in August – sold out of their first batch within a day.
The scrolls are sold on their own for between $7.50 and $8 or with ice cream and a chocolate shot for $12.50.
While Oliver Brown is revered with chocoholics, the Carlingford store has also recently introduced a savoury all-day breakfast menu.
Options include smashed avocado on toast, muesli and open sandwiches.
Breakfast wouldn’t be complete without coffee, and Oliver Brown’s mocha blends melted Belgian chocolate with Campos beans for a decadent start to the morning.
Oliver Brown Carlingford is open from Sundays to Thursdays from 8am-10pm and Fridays to Saturdays from 8am-11pm.
