It seems a pop-up cafe was exactly what Bella Vista Farm needed.
Fresh from its inaugural home in Parramatta’s Prince Alfred Square, Lil Miss Collins has set up shop in the Hills’ beloved farm as part of The Hills Shire Council’s Summer Series, and locals have flocked in.
The cafe has been busy most days, from early morning coffees to go and pre-work breakfasts to relaxed brunches with friends, lunches with co-workers, and afternoon tea with the children.
It is a constant stream of customers that never stops, and it is little wonder – the cafe’s fresh, healthy menu with Mediterranean influences housed in rustic decor is a perfect match for the expansive grounds of Bella Vista Farm.
Two breakfast menus – one that finishes at 11.30am and the other an all-day option – plus a lunch menu offer plenty of choice, while organic coffee and T2 teas are joined by a select number of shakes, smoothies and juices.
The family friendly cafe also offers children’s scrambled eggs, toast, and chicken or beef burgers.
Tables are limited and popular menu items such as the wagyu and chicken burgers sell out quickly, so be sure to get in early.
