Masseuse Benjamin Steed, who was charged with sexual touching a woman at a Dural clinic in November, has indicated he will plead guilty to the offence, a court has heard.

The 33-year-old man allegedly touched the 25-year-old woman’s vagina during a massage at a Kenthurst Rd clinic on November 28 about 11.30am.

Police allege Steed made inappropriate comments before touching the woman, who reported the incident at Castle Hill police station later that day.

On Sunday November 29, investigators asked Steed, of Quakers Hill, to attend the station, where he was arrested and charged with sexually touching another person without consent.

Steed was granted conditional bail and ordered to attend Parramatta Local Court on Wednesday.

His lawyer told the court Steed, who was not present, would plead guilty and requested an adjournment so a psychological assessment could be undertaken.

The matter was adjourned to February 17.
