A NIGHTLIFE revolution is beginning in Cabramatta with the arrival of a new dessert destination.
Espresso Warriors is relocating from Canley Vale to Cabramatta under new owners Kevin Khy and Leng Lhy.
“We want to bring what Canley Vale has in night-life here,” Khy said.
“Cabramatta has changed — we grew up here and it’s not just Chinese and Vietnamese food anymore, or mums and dads doing the groceries.”
Their fabulous offerings include golden eggs benedict (breakfast) and the spectacular Tokyo eggette for dessert — a matcha waffle eggette filled with taro gelato, sliced strawberries, mochi pieces, Oreos, pocky sticks and fruit loops.
“We don’t see anyone else doing this,” Lhy said.
“We’ve taken meals like eggs benedict and given it a totally new twist,” Khy added.
Espresso Warriors is now open at 180 Railway Pde, Cabramatta.
