Andrew Leonard dies after crash at The Horsley Drive, Smithfield
A 32-year-old motorbike enthusiast found unresponsive after his motorbike allegedly collided with an SUV on The Horsley Drive has been remembered by friends on social media.

A motorcyclist who died following a crash in Smithfield has been identified as 32-year-old Andrew Leonard.
Emergency services were called to The Horsely Drive about 12.15pm on Sunday after reports a car and motorcycle had collided.
Officers from Fairfield City Police Area Command found Mr Leonard unresponsive when they arrived on the scene.
Despite the best efforts of police and NSW Ambulance paramedics he died at the scene.
The 73-year-old driver of the SUV didn’t sustain any injuries and was taken to hospital for mandatory tests.
Tributes for the victim poured in on Facebook after news of the crash was made public, with one user writing, “crushed & sad, I hope driver of other car OK, I’ll miss you Andrew Leonard, love ya (sic) brother xxx.”
Another user, Julie Falzon, wrote, “R.I.P. sending love and condolences to his loved ones and especially his partner who unfortunately witnessed this horrific accident.”
Police from Fairfield City Area Command confirmed Mr Leonard’s parents – who live in Queensland and are no longer together – had been informed of his death.
A person close to the victim told the Fairfield Advance Mr Leonard had cut off all contact with his parents in recent years, instead creating a “family” network in Sydney.
Inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the crash continue.
