Video shows moment teen girl, 16, allegedly punches, stops on the head of a 13-year-old girl

Horrifying footage has allegedly shown the moment a 13-year-old girl’s head is repeatedly punched, kicked, and stomped on by another teen girl. See the shocking footage.

Shocking footage has revealed the moment a teen girl is allegedly violently punched and kicked in the face in a horrifying incident in a central western NSW playground.

The vision, obtained by The Dubbo News, allegedly shows a 16-year-old girl – who cannot be named for legal reasons – repeatedly punching, kicking and stomping on the head of her 13-year-old victim.

The alleged victim’s mother said her daughter was allegedly set upon in Bourke Hill Park in Dubbo on April 13.

“My daughter was protecting her friend who had already (allegedly) been beaten back in February,” the destruaght mother said.

“My daughter has a learning disability who perceives things differently – she thought that this girl was her friend – that’s why she went and met up with her.”

The victim’s mother thanked a Dubbo-based Raine and Horne real estate agent, who allowed her daughter to seek shelter in his car following the allegedly violent incident.

‘I ended up going straight to the police station, then to the hospital,” the 13-year-old’s mother said. “She had CAT scans.

“She had a sore jaw, she ended up with a sore hip because she got kicked a few times in her hip – she ended up with a bit of a black eye and a fat lip after her tooth went through her lip.

“She doesn’t want to leave the house, I don’t blame her.”

The 13-year-old victim’s mother called on other parents to “keep an eye on your kids”, warning them to be aware of bullies “who don’t care who they attack”.

“I was in tears – I didn’t know what to do,” she said. “Your motherly instincts kick in.

“Physically, she’s fine, however I think she needs counselling – she doesn’t want to go anywhere on her own.”

The alleged victim’s mother said she broke down after her daughter showed her the footage of the incident, revealing her daughter was sent the vision by a friend.

“Heaps of people across the town sent the police the footage,” the mother said.

“My daughter has the support of dubbo residents on her side.”

It is understood several horrifying videos, showing the alleged park attack were shared through social media pages including Facebook and Instagram.

The 16-year-old alleged attacker is understood to have faced court for the first time on April 16, in a closed children's court matter.

NSW Police were contacted for comment.
