The spill occurred on a driveway in Leewood Dr at about 10.50am on Tuesday.
One person in their 40s suffered skin irritation to their arms and three other people were taken to Orange Health Service for further examination.
NSW Ambulance inspector Thomas Doolan said the ambulance department worked closely with NSW Fire and Rescue to ensure the scene was safe.
