Dubbo Airport: Police on scene after two cars crash through terminal doors
Police have launched an investigation after two Toyota Landcruisers smashed through terminal doors at Dubbo Regional Airport.

Police remain on scene at Dubbo Regional Airport following an alleged ram raid at the terminal where two 4WDs have crashed through the front doors.
Just before 5am on Tuesday, police received reports that two men broke into an airport in Cooreena Road, Dubbo.
“The men allegedly stole cash before driving away in two separate white Toyota Landcruisers,” a statement from NSW Police said.
“Officers from Orana Mid-Western Police District established a crime scene and commenced an investigation.
People being advised to use an alternate entrance into the airport.
Dubbo Regional Council Mayor Mathew Dickerson posted to social media on Tuesday morning, advising people of the incident however indicating that flights had not been impacted.
“Two vehicles have been used to break the front doors of the airport terminal to gain access to the terminal,” he posted.
“Police are on the scene working with staff.”
Local residents responded on social media with shock regarding the incident.
Charmine Redding said the incident was “shocking” and hoped everyone at the airport were safe.
Kevin Hughes referred to the incident as “just another day in Dubbo” while slamming politicians for the ongoing crime.
The clean up is well underway at the site with a tradesperson repairing the damage to the terminal doors.
