Trinity Point is right on the doorstep of the Central Coast, located on the shores of Lake Macquarie past Morisset Park.
It’s a unique development project set to impress all walks of life with a 188-berth marina, 250 luxury apartments, terraces, Pullman Hotel and land for quality homes.
The Express was given an exclusive first look at the completed stage one of the marina, including 88 berths in operation, while a 120-seat restaurant is nearing completion and will open in September.
The views from every angle are just amazing, and there is already a strong sense of community and lifestyle.
Trinity Point is the vision of Johnson Property Group CEO Keith Johnson who has been working on it for the past 20 years and is excited to see the vision come together.
“I always said I’ll be happy once I can eat a meal here, and we’re not far off it,” he told the Express.
“We’re creating the kind of luxury development that’s been missing from this stretch of the NSW Central Coast up to now. There’s no other development like it in NSW. People know they will be buying into a lifestyle.”
Johnson Property Group recently teamed up with Metricon Homes to build a $3.4 million Riviera show home at Trinity Point. The Riviera will be Metricon’s fourth Signature display home in NSW.
Metricon NSW General Manager Luke Fryer said this will be Metricon’s fourth Riviera display home in NSW.
“When Keith introduced me to this place, we knew it was the perfect location to show it,” he said. “We are 100 per cent confident there’s a market here for it.
“For customers coming from the Northern Beaches or Central Coast, we will be able to hop on a sea plane and come here.”
Meanwhile, land sales continue at Trinity Point with Mr Johnson saying the estate will cater for people wanting a grand home, with a marina berth, as well as small blocks, apartments and terraces. Block sizes range from 450 sqm to 2000sq m.
Mr Johnson said the restaurant would be run by a top chef and would be 5 star, however somewhere people can come in their thongs and gear.
“Everything we do is about quality, however we want to make it clear that the marina and restaurant is open to everybody,” he said.
“I believe this will be a meeting place for people in Lake Macquarie Lake Macquarie has the highest rate of people working from home in NSW, one thing they miss is a meeting place. Trinity Point will cater for those people with office space, boardroom, function centre along with the restaurant.”
Model Jennifer Hawkins and former cricketer Michael Clarke have come on board as patrons of the development.
