North Gosford: Scott Weaver and Yolanda Howlett charged with stabbing murder of Larry White
A couple have faced court over the stabbing murder of a man who’s body was found at a North Gosford unit last December.

A man and woman charged with the stabbing murder of a 67-year-old man at North Gosford last year have faced court.
Scott David Weaver, 39, of North Gosford, and Yolanda Donna Howlett, 34, of Gosford, were not required to appear via video link when their matter was mentioned briefly at Gosford Local Court on Friday.
The couple were charged with murdering 67-year-old Larry White at a North Gosford unit on December 20 last year, the same day as Ms Howlett’s 34th birthday.
She was also charged with being an accessory after the fact.
Mr Weaver was also charged with possessing and acquiring a silencer while being subject to a firearm prohibition order and possessing a pistol and a shortened .22 calibre rifle.
Charge sheets tendered in court also allege Mr Weaver was found in possession of a 25cm metal knife and resisted a Corrective Services officer while remanded in custody on December 28.
Police were called to a unit on Henry Parry Drive about 11pm on December 20 following reports of concern for a man’s welfare.
At the unit police found Mr White’s body was found stabbed to death.
The pair have not entered any pleas and will reappear at court on October 16.
