Berkeley Vale: L-plater and supervisor charged with drink driving
A learner driver and her supervisor have been charged with high-range drink-driving in Berkeley Vale.

A 54-year-old learner driver and her 60-year-old supervisor are both set to face court over high-range drink-driving charges.
NSW Police state that around 11.50pm on Wednesday, police patrolling Wyong Rd in Berkeley Vale allegedly saw a white 2008 Ford Ranger Ute driving with no headlights.
Officers stopped the vehicle and spoke to the female driver who was given a roadside breath test, which allegedly returned a positive result.
The woman held a leaners’s licence, which requires the driver to have a zero-blood alcohol level.
Her passenger, a fully licensed 60-year-old man, was also given a breath test, which allegedly returned a positive result.
They were both arrested and taken to Wyong Police Station for a breath analysis test. The woman allegedly returned a reading of 0.183 and the man allegedly returned a reading of 0.162.
They were both issued court attendance notices for high-range drink driving offences and will appear at Wyong Local Court on June 28. They both had their licences suspended.
