Two men have faced the ACT Magistrates court charged with crimes including sexual intercourse without consent relating to the same incident.
Paula Fala Kata, 33, was charged with two counts of sexual intercourse without consent and his co-accused Seti Moala, 26, was charged with two counts of sexual intercourse without consent and choking/suffocating/strangling another person.
The court heard the charges related to an alleged incident that occurred in the early hours of April 3.
Neither of the men entered pleas and both men were granted bail, which was not opposed by the prosecution.
Under bail conditions neither of the men can assault, threaten or intimidate the complainant, and neither of the men can be within 100 metres of an international point of departure.
Both men are listed to reappear in court on May 10.
