A man and a woman have faced court after being charged with drug and driving offences.
Kaylah Louise Maxine Cook, 28, is charged with trafficking a controlled drug other than cannabis, failing to appear after a bail undertaking and is also charged with riding/driving a motor vehicle without consent relating to an earlier incident.
Ms Cook did not apply for bail and bail was refused by Chief Magistrate Lorraine Walker.
The court heard Ms Cook previously failed to appear at court on September 21.
While formally charging Ms Cook, Ms Walker specified that police allege she was trafficking GHB.
Dwayne John James Goward, 35, is charged with driving disqualified, failing to stop for police and drug driving.
He did not apply for bail, which was refused by Ms Walker.
According to a statement from ACT Policing, officers attached to Operation Toric observed Ms Cook and Mr Goward at 12:35pm enter the underground car park of the Canberra Outlet Centre while driving in a grey Subaru liberty.
A spokeswoman from ACT Policing confirmed a taser was used against Mr Goward before they arrested the pair.
